About the role
The Senior Investigation Specialist implements HR strategies aligned with company values, addresses employee grievances, and ensures legal compliance across all HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with company values and culture.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or violations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Investigate cases and apply appropriate disciplinary actions in line with company rules and labor law.
- Handle terminations and contract conclusions in accordance with labor law and performance.
- Liaise between employees and management.
- Manage social insurance and oversee labor office inspections.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, social and legal compliance.
- Excellent English (reading, writing and oral).
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
