Senior IT Infrastructure & ERP Engineer (AI & Automation)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior IT Infrastructure, ERP & AI Solutions Engineer to oversee and support the company’s IT environment, including networks, servers, business applications, ERP systems and emerging AI tools. The role ensures reliable, secure operations, provides technical assistance to users and drives automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain computer networks, servers, hardware, software, storage, shared folders and user permissions.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, firewalls and internet connectivity.
• Manage local and cloud servers, backups, disaster‑recovery procedures and business‑continuity processes.
• Maintain cybersecurity controls such as antivirus, endpoint protection, MFA, email security and firewall rules.
• Support ERP users, access rights, master data, reports, backups and system modules across finance, HR, procurement and operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email accounts, domains, hosting services and website platforms.
• Maintain CCTV, IP telephony, attendance, access‑control, GPS tracking, printers and other office devices.
• Assist with AI tools, company GPT, AI document search, knowledge bases and departmental AI assistants.
• Implement workflow automation using n8n, Make, Power Automate, Zapier or similar platforms.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in Windows Server and Linux administration, networking and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to manage ERP platforms (Axolon, Odoo, ERPNext, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics) and ensure data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to support both technical and non‑technical users while maintaining confidentiality.
