Senior IT System & Network Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT System & Network Administrator to join our Information Technology team. The role is responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure while delivering reliable services that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and optimise Windows Server, Linux and other enterprise servers.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and file services.
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain routing, switching, LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless networks.
• Deploy and optimise cloud environments on Microsoft Azure, AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Administer VMware and Microsoft Hyper‑V virtualization platforms, including VM provisioning, storage, clustering and backups.
• Lead IT Service Management processes following ITIL best practices and handle ticketing systems.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, preventive maintenance and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure and network administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
