Senior Lawyer – Litigation & Legal Affairs

About the role

B.TECH is seeking a Senior Lawyer to safeguard the company’s legal interests. You will lead litigation, manage legal investigations, and ensure compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations while supporting business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company before courts, police stations, and governmental authorities.
• Draft lawsuits, legal memoranda, contracts, and related documents.
• Attend court hearings, investigations, and other legal proceedings on behalf of B.TECH.
• Monitor and execute court judgments favorable to the company.
• Conduct internal legal investigations as needed.
• Review and support the drafting of contracts and agreements.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and legal procedures.
• Preferable experience in collection companies or the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Law.
• Very good command of English.
