Senior / Lead Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Talent Acquisition professional to own the full hiring cycle and drive our recruitment strategy across Egypt. The role will partner closely with hiring managers, lead a team of recruiters and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end hiring cycle from workforce planning to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with business and quarterly targets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines and success criteria.
• Lead sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Ensure high‑quality screening, interviewing and selection processes.
• Drive a consistent and positive candidate experience across all hiring stages.
• Lead offer management, negotiations and closing of candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire and conversion rates.
• Identify skill gaps and support recruiter capability development.
• Lead, coach and develop junior recruiters while monitoring team performance.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular hiring reports and insights for the HR Head.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
