Senior Leasing Executive

About the role
The Leasing Executive drives revenue growth and maximizes occupancy rates for our commercial units within the mall.
Key responsibilities
- Market available retail units and attract new local and international brands.
- Communicate with potential tenants and conduct site visits.
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions in line with mall strategy.
- Prepare leasing proposals and coordinate lease contracts with management and legal teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and ensure lease compliance.
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor malls.
- Contribute to achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in leasing, preferably in shopping malls.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
