Senior Manager – Microsoft Dynamics CE

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) practice. You will guide cross‑functional delivery teams, work directly with senior client stakeholders, and help clients optimise operational efficiency through CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to shape outcomes and challenge existing approaches.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and with Microsoft.
• Model commercial delivery models for accurate estimation and budgeting.
• Develop reusable assets to enhance PwC’s go‑to‑market offering.
• Document, propose and discuss high‑level and low‑level solution designs.
• Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with near‑shore and off‑shore technical teams.
• Provide SME input across testing, training, data, reporting and business change workstreams.
• Coach, manage and resolve conflicts within the delivery team.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑manager experience in business‑application consulting, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Strong project‑management skills, able to plan, lead steering meetings and manage dependencies.
• Excellent delivery‑management capabilities, ensuring quality and leveraging PwC assets.
• People‑management experience, including coaching and conflict resolution.
• Effective stakeholder‑management and communication skills with senior executives.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dynamics CE) implementation and configuration.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution design (high‑level and low‑level).
• Project management and delivery oversight.
• Team leadership across on‑site, near‑shore and off‑shore resources.
