Senior Manager – Microsoft Dynamics F&O

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) practice in Cairo. The role involves advising clients on ERP strategy, designing and delivering end‑to‑end Dynamics solutions, and ensuring successful adoption across organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into Microsoft Dynamics F&O designs.
• Lead the implementation of ERP projects, overseeing configuration, customization and data migration.
• Provide training, support and change‑management to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
• Manage project teams and stakeholder relationships, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in ERP consulting, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations.
• Proven leadership and project‑management capabilities in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and solve client challenges.
• Professional conduct, excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively.
