Senior Managing Consultant – Services Business Development (Non‑Bank Institutions)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead Services Business Development for non‑bank institutions across the Retail & Commerce and Fintech & Digital segments. You will be the primary driver of demand for Mastercard’s data‑driven services, building lasting partnerships with retailers, telecom operators, travel & entertainment providers, airlines and fintech companies in Egypt, Bahrain, Iraq and the Levant.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage end‑to‑end business development activities for Services in the assigned regions, with direct revenue and sales accountability.
• Refine and articulate the value proposition of new and existing Services capabilities to senior executives.
• Serve as the face of Mastercard Services to C‑suite stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility.
• Develop compelling, value‑driven narratives and customized presentations for new‑business pitches.
• Generate excitement and demand for Mastercard’s consulting, data insights, analytics, loyalty, and security solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative sales of data products, platforms or analytic services.
• Strong achievement orientation and resilience.
• Intellectual curiosity and openness to new ideas.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, clear language.
