Senior Merchandiser – Garment Production

About the role

DICE Group is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage customer accounts and oversee the full order execution process for ready‑made garments. The role involves coordinating with production, planning, sourcing and quality teams to ensure on‑time delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from product development through production to final shipment.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding approvals, delivery schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sourcing, Quality and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up with suppliers to secure timely availability of fabrics, trims and accessories.
• Oversee product development activities, including sample follow‑up and approvals.
• Monitor production progress and address potential delays.
• Prepare accurate order tracking reports, forecasts and documentation.
• Support resolution of customer and production‑related issues and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• 5+ years of merchandising experience in garment or textile manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, trims and accessories.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts under pressure.
