Senior National Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior National Sales Manager to lead the execution of our commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across wholesale and e‑commerce channels. The role will be responsible for meeting annual sales, market share, volume and revenue targets while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual sales plan aligned with company objectives and commercial priorities.
• Drive achievement of sales volume, revenue, distribution and collection targets across all regions and channels.
• Monitor performance by customer, region and channel, implementing corrective actions to maximise results.
• Ensure effective market coverage, distribution expansion and product availability for wholesale partners.
• Manage wholesale customers and key business partners, maintaining strong relationships and smooth operations.
• Lead commercial discussions, business reviews and route‑to‑market implementation.
• Track competitor activities, pricing changes and market movements, providing insights to the business.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance and trade‑marketing teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
• Lead, coach and motivate regional and field sales teams, setting clear performance targets and KPIs.
• Identify operational challenges and propose improvement opportunities to management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving national sales volume, revenue and distribution targets.
• Experience managing wholesale customers and key business partners.
• Strong ability to monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Leadership experience in coaching, performance management and building high‑performance sales teams.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution.
