Senior .Net Developer – Advanced Software Applications

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for a Senior .Net Developer to design, develop and enhance advanced software applications in a collaborative technology environment. The ideal candidate has 4‑6 years of .Net experience, strong object‑oriented and functional programming knowledge, and hands‑on expertise with unit testing, REST APIs, JSON and system design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and build advanced software applications.
• Review code from team members to ensure quality and consistency.
• Own medium‑to‑large features from technical design through delivery.
• Perform unit testing and support quality‑assurance activities.
• Apply platform constraints when designing and implementing solutions.
• Participate as a technical interviewer in recruitment processes.
• Improve team efficiency through automation, reusable components and templates.
• Contribute to open‑source components on behalf of the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by customers or testing teams.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of professional .Net development experience.
• Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming and Functional Programming principles.
• Practical experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Experience working with remote data via REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience integrating third‑party libraries and APIs.
• Understanding of system design fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and contribute to code‑quality initiatives.
