Senior Order Management Associate – Supply Chain

About the role

The Senior Order Management Associate supports the Global Business Services (GBS) Supply Chain team by handling customer service administration, order processing, and execution. You will act as the key link between retailers, the distribution network, and the Customer Services Team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders via EDI, OpenText, manual entry, samples, LC, intercompany and export channels.
• Handle customer queries related to deliveries, shortages, transport, finance, and 3PL issues.
• Manage failure scenarios, re‑process or cancel orders, and communicate updates to customers and transport partners.
• Respond to issues through phone, email (24/7), Teams and Zoom chats.
• Generate end‑of‑day reports to keep order data clean.
• Book deliveries using customer portals or phone, record Goods‑In, and input data into SAP.
• Cleanse orders, manage exceptions, and advise internal and external customers.
• Train and onboard new associates.
• Coordinate returns and refusals, create return deliveries, and align issue resolution with customers.
• Collaborate across departments to solve daily order‑processing problems.

Required profile

• University degree and excellent spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in a similar order‑management or supply‑chain role is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under daily deadlines, plan and prioritize workload.
• Ethical and responsible behavior toward customers, suppliers and colleagues.
