Senior Pharmacist

About the role

El Khabiry Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacist to lead its on‑site pharmacy operations in 6 October City. You will ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing while providing expert counseling to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy activities, including dispensing, prescription verification, and patient counseling.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, managing workflow and performance development.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory control, and compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Support quality‑assurance initiatives and continuous improvement of pharmacy processes.

Required profile

• Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge covering pharmacology, drug interactions, and dosage guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD with a valid pharmacist license.
• Proven experience in community or retail pharmacy, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and patient‑centered care.
