Senior Process Analyst

About the role

The Senior Process Analyst will lead the analysis, design and documentation of business processes across the organization. Working closely with both business and technology teams, the role focuses on improving operational efficiency, service quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and document processes, workflows, SOPs and RACI matrices.
• Lead Lean and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational KPIs and produce performance reports.
• Gather and document requirements for system enhancements and automation.
• Support UAT, implementation and rollout of new processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Contribute to strategic transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis or continuous improvement.
• Experience in banking, financial services, FinTech or micro‑finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Process mapping using BPMN.
• Design of SOPs and workflow documentation.
• Lean Six Sigma or BPM certification (preferred).
