Senior Procurement Engineer - Electrical

About the role

The Senior Procurement Engineer – Electrical is responsible for managing all technical procurement activities for electrical systems, equipment, and materials across company projects. The role ensures optimal quality, cost, and delivery terms while supporting project requirements and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and financial comparisons and negotiate subcontractor/supplier terms.
• Review catalogs, add new suppliers, and study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Issue and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs) using e‑procurement tools and update tracking systems.
• Obtain, evaluate, and file quotations from local and international vendors.
• Prepare submittals for client/consultant approval and process letters of intent, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, risk assessments, and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering or related field with professional certification.
• 4‑5 years of relevant procurement experience in electrical projects.
• Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet research, and basic AutoCAD.
