Senior Product Designer – AI Startup

About the role

KNOT Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape AI‑driven ticketing solutions. You will own the design journey from discovery to launch, creating intuitive experiences for web, mobile, and internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives across multiple product areas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to gather insights.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex operational processes.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and design standards.
• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across web, mobile, and internal products.
• Translate business requirements and customer needs into elegant design solutions.
• Use data, user feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve product experiences.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers as the design team expands.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product, UX/UI, or related design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work for web and mobile.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and balance user, business, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
