Senior Product Designer

About the role

Khazna is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its mobile‑first neobank solutions. You will own complex design initiatives, turn product requirements into intuitive interfaces, and help drive financial inclusion across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process from discovery to delivery for mobile applications.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI that prioritize usability.
• Translate product requirements and user insights into clear design solutions.
• Maintain design consistency and high‑quality UX across all features.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other designers.
• Participate in discovery sessions, design critiques, and present decisions to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify complex financial experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the product design system, ensuring reusable components.
• Mentor junior designers and raise the overall design maturity of the team.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in a product‑focused company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile product design work.
• Proven experience working within cross‑functional product teams.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with UX research teams is a plus.
