Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the role

VOIS is looking for a senior UI/UX product designer to lead the creation of intuitive, accessible digital solutions for web and mobile. You will own the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring that user‑centred outcomes align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design process for assigned products, from discovery through delivery.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, style guides and scalable design standards.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences.
• Champion usability, accessibility and inclusive design principles across all solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and validation, translating insights into design solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio of user‑centred work.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to present design decisions to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Figma and FigJam for design and prototyping.
• Design systems and visual design best practices.
• Interaction design, prototyping and usability testing.
• HTML and CSS fundamentals for effective hand‑offs.
• Experience with AI‑driven capabilities and design tokens (nice to have).
