Senior Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance Coordinator will ensure that all production line equipment operates at optimal efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment. This role combines hands‑on technical oversight with team leadership to support the plant’s Annual Operating Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to meet required performance and safety standards.
• Apply and enforce maintenance procedures across the plant.
• Lead the technical and administrative daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Track, analyze and report maintenance KPIs, including weekly electricity, water and gas consumption.
• Control weekly maintenance expenses and prepare follow‑up reports.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering to resolve technical issues.
• Review and update strategic spare‑parts items annually.
• Validate work‑order completions, spare‑parts withdrawals and item‑card limits.
• Approve purchase orders and supplier offers, including imported spare‑parts orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance on production lines.
• Strong ability to manage technician performance and KPI targets.
• Experience with budgeting, expense control and spare‑parts inventory management.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional teams such as Purchasing and Engineering.
