Senior Project Controls Trainer, Coach & Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead training, coaching and consultancy activities in Project Controls across our offices in Cairo, Alexandria and Tanta. The role combines hands‑on instruction with strategic advisory to develop the next generation of project management talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes on Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management.
• Coach individual consultants and project teams to improve their project controls processes.
• Provide consultancy services to clients on PMO set‑up, schedule optimisation and performance reporting.
• Develop training materials, case studies and assessment tools.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new training opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Project Controls within construction or engineering environments.
• Proven track record as a trainer or coach for senior‑level professionals.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP®, PMI‑SP® are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English.
