Senior Project Coordinator – Trade

About the role

The Senior Project Coordinator – Trade will oversee the planning and execution of trade‑related projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. You will act as the central hub for communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, driving projects from initiation to successful closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from start to finish, supporting the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Work with Procurement to secure timely purchase and delivery of materials, and liaise with Warehouse for site deliveries.
• Serve as the communication link among clients, suppliers, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and other internal departments.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and maintain comprehensive project files.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks or delays, and assist in resolving cross‑departmental issues.
• Support project close‑out activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and archived.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or trading operations.
• Experience in trading, construction, low‑current, MEP or technology projects is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project‑management tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantage).
