Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of medium‑size to moderately complex projects in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. The role ensures that all project activities align with company policies, contractual obligations, quality standards, health, safety, environment requirements, and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams, define execution approaches, and oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities.
• Develop and maintain project scope, financial, schedule, and risk management plans in collaboration with business controlling.
• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
• Identify, qualify, and manage project risks while pursuing opportunities.
• Capture lessons learned, ensure formal project close‑out, and drive customer acceptance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).
• PMP certification is mandatory; Risk Management certification is a plus.
• Minimum 7‑8 years of project management experience in engineering or industrial sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with P/L understanding and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
