Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a senior professional who can bridge traditional project management and scaled agile delivery. You will operate both as a Project Manager using the V‑cycle (Waterfall) methodology and as a Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer (RTE) within the SAFe framework, ensuring seamless delivery of complex digital and telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary internal offer development projects, managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Drive Waterfall projects to completion while simultaneously supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) as an RTE.
• Facilitate PI Planning, iteration execution, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, preparing and presenting product board sessions to executive levels.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies and obstacles, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior project management roles within telecom or digital services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to coach teams, foster high‑performing agile environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
