Senior Property Advisor & Consultant – New Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Property Advisor & Consultant to join our New Cairo office. The successful candidate will guide clients through buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and present suitable property options.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, follow up leads and close deals.
• Prepare, review and update property listings in internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts and client communications.
• Coordinate with landlords, buyers and tenants to facilitate smooth hand‑overs.
• Monitor local market trends in New Cairo and provide insights to the sales team.
• Support marketing activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven sales and business‑development experience, preferably in real estate.
• Good knowledge of New Cairo’s property market and basic valuation processes.
• Organised, able to manage multiple clients and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo and reside nearby.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using property listing platforms.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
