Senior Property Consultant

About the role

RED is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join its Mumbai Metropolitan Region team. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, leveraging RED’s data‑backed platform and extensive developer network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property searches and organise site visits for clients.
• Prepare, review and manage transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, inventory and regulations.
• Utilise data and technology tools to support client recommendations.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, respond to inquiries and negotiate offers.
• Uphold RED’s customer‑focused standards across all interactions.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with strong knowledge of property regulations.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial real‑estate transactions.
• Demonstrated sales ability, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication in English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working on‑site across various locations in the Mumbai region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
