Senior QC Specialist - Chemist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control professional with a strong chemistry background to lead our QC operations at the Dabaa facility. The Senior QC Specialist will ensure product integrity, drive continuous improvement, and uphold the highest quality standards across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all quality control testing activities, adhering to established protocols and industry best practices.
• Develop, implement, and optimize analytical methods and procedures.
• Investigate deviations, non‑conformances, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Mentor junior QC staff and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with national and international quality regulations and standards.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to guarantee accurate results.

Required profile

• 8–20 years of progressive experience in Quality Control or a related field.
• Senior management level capable of leading complex quality operations.
