About the role
We are hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor for high‑profile projects in New Capital and 6 October, Egypt. The positions are full‑time, on‑site roles based in New Capital, Cairo, supporting the development of the new administrative capital and the 6 October City projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review subcontractor payment certificates.
- Perform quantity take‑offs from approved shop drawings.
- Review BOQs, contracts, and project specifications.
- Prepare and follow up on Variation Orders (VOs) and financial claims.
Required profile
- Experience preparing and reviewing subcontractor payment certificates.
- Experience performing quantity take‑offs from approved shop drawings.
- Familiarity with BOQs, contracts, and project specifications.
- Ability to prepare and follow up on Variation Orders and financial claims.
