Senior relocation consultant

About the role

The Senior Relocation Consultant works on‑site in Cairo, managing end‑to‑end relocation projects for corporate and individual clients. The role combines property consulting, logistics coordination and client relationship management to ensure smooth, compliant moves.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full relocation process from needs assessment through planning, execution and follow‑up.
• Advise clients on housing and property options, tailoring recommendations to local market conditions.
• Coordinate with internal logistics, customs and transportation teams to schedule moves.
• Liaise with external partners and agents to secure timely, compliant services.
• Prepare and review relocation proposals, set client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, update client records and track relocation progress.
• Contribute to process improvements and share best practices within the relocation team.

Required profile

• Strong property consulting and real‑estate knowledge with the ability to guide clients on suitable housing.
• Proven consulting experience, including needs analysis, solution design and proactive client guidance.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset focused on responsiveness and empathy.
• Relevant experience in relocation, moving services, logistics or international assignment management.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple relocations simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo and travel occasionally to meet clients or visit properties.
