Senior Resale Sales Team Leader – Real Estate (New Cairo)

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a senior resale sales professional to lead its New Cairo resale team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and closing deals while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach a sales team focused on resale properties.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Manage client relationships, organise property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyse market data.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives.
• Train team members on best practices and ensure high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate resale sales with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Deep knowledge of the New Cairo real‑estate market and current trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
• Integrity and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM tools for lead and sales management.
