Senior Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Retail Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles using the MAG sales methodology. The role involves direct customer interaction, demonstrating vehicle features, handling finance applications, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through the MAG CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, demonstrate vehicle characteristics and compare competitive models both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Move vehicles as needed throughout the year and manage all related paperwork, including finance applications.
• Enter accurate information into the CRM after each customer contact to support retention and business development.
• Generate standard reports by extracting and combining data.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
• Record and process custom or special customer orders, handling ambiguous delivery expectations.
• Respond promptly to advanced issue escalations and provide managerial approvals when required.
• Support senior colleagues in managing internal client relationships using sales systems.
• Assist with routine inventory tasks and, when applicable, supervise a team of sales advisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 + years of sales experience, preferably in automotive retail.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Strong capability to initiate value‑focused sales conversations and identify key buying influences.
• Proven skill in building trust with buying centres and helping clients articulate the value of solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (MAG CRM).
