Senior Sales Account Executive

About the role

AGTECH, a provider of professional IT solutions and data‑center support, is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to accelerate business growth across commercial and manufacturing sectors. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts, and delivering tailored enterprise IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within target markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close sales opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with presales, technical, finance, and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, preferably with hardware solutions for commercial/manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record in new business development and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
