Senior Sales Account Manager – Pharma Unit

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to drive growth of strategic pharma accounts. You will lead sales execution, nurture long‑term client relationships, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Close sales consistently to exceed quarterly targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate complex contracts that align with client needs and company goals, expanding the network of potential customers.
• Provide market feedback, accurate sales forecasts, and performance reports to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Science, Agriculture, Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in scientific services, laboratory testing, pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience with ERP systems and familiarity with data collection methods and statistical analysis.
