Senior Sales Executive - SaaS for Restaurants

About the role

Foodics, a restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider founded in 2014, is hiring a dynamic Senior Sales Executive in Cairo. The role drives growth by sourcing, closing and maximising revenue from new and existing partners, mainly selling SaaS software to restaurants and expanding collaboration with digital third-party integration apps.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve targets: maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Generate new leads through digital marketing campaigns and industry networking events, and turn demo sessions into confirmed sales.
• Build relationships with new strategic partners and keep existing and potential partners engaged.
• Use CRM systems to follow up on customer projects and report on sales activities.
• Build a sales pipeline four times the monthly quota and use data and CRM insights to shape sales strategy.
• Complete scheduled training on new product features and advanced sales techniques, and score well on product knowledge assessments.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, software or SaaS.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a personal car, with willingness to do fieldwork.
• Excellent English and Arabic; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Restaurant operations experience is a plus.
