Senior Sales Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

The Sales Manager leads and manages all sales activities for the home appliances sector, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This senior position ensures strong execution of commercial strategies and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the overall commercial plan.
• Lead, coach, and manage Area Sales Managers, District Managers, and Sales Representatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and trade partners.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor pricing, promotions, and product launches.
• Ensure effective trade coverage, distribution expansion, and optimal stock availability.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and After‑Sales teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Review sales performance, forecasts, and budgets; take corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in sales, preferably within Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics.
• Proven experience in senior sales management roles.
