Senior Sales Manager

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the B2C sales function in Nasr City, driving revenue growth through optimized sales funnels and customer‑centric strategies. This role combines team leadership, data‑driven decision making, and close collaboration with marketing and customer success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2C sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor and manage a sales team of representatives and specialists, setting individual and team targets.
• Oversee lead qualification, conversion processes and CRM data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation with sales goals.
• Handle high‑value negotiations and support the team in closing key deals.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate regular reports and use analytics to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience in sales analytics and data‑driven performance tracking.
