Senior Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

Billqode is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join its team in Sheraton, Cairo. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales organization by optimizing processes, ensuring CRM data integrity, and delivering insightful reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, guaranteeing accurate and complete data.
• Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and business insights for management.
• Develop, document, and improve sales processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in sales forecasting and performance tracking.
• Support CRM enhancements, user training, and adoption across the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
