Senior Sales Specialist - Saudi Fluent

About the role

GrowAxis is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist fluent in Saudi Arabic to drive outbound B2B sales across the Saudi market for a technology‑focused client. The role involves prospecting, qualifying and booking meetings with senior decision‑makers in IT, SaaS and digital solutions companies.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across the Saudi market, identifying target companies and decision‑makers.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email, personalising each message after account research.
• Qualify prospects on need, fit, timing, authority and business potential, handling objections and moving conversations toward clear next steps.
• Book qualified meetings for the business development team and maintain structured follow‑up sequences.
• Record leads, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM and test different messaging, channels and sales angles to improve conversion.
• Share market feedback and prospect insights with the commercial team and support junior SDRs when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in Saudi Arabic (Saudi dialect) with strong understanding of Saudi business culture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, telesales or outbound B2B sales, including cold calling and proactive prospecting.
• Proven ability to engage senior decision‑makers, qualify leads and handle objections.
• Target‑driven, persistent, highly accountable and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using CRM and modern prospecting tools; English B2 level is a plus.
