Senior Sales Trainer

About the role

The Senior Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programmes for 4level1’s commercial teams. Based in Cairo, the role combines classroom and workshop‑style sessions, creation of training materials and playbooks, coaching of sales professionals, and alignment of training content with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update sales training curricula, workshops, and playbooks.
• Conduct engaging classroom and on‑site training sessions for sales teams.
• Coach and mentor sales staff on communication, customer engagement, and negotiation techniques.
• Assess skill gaps, track training outcomes, and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure training aligns with targets and business goals.
• Support onboarding of new sales hires and mentor junior trainers.
• Recommend tools, methods, and best practices to enhance training effectiveness and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven experience designing and delivering sales training programmes.
• Background in customer service and client‑interaction best practices.
• Senior training or sales enablement experience, preferably in education or service‑oriented sectors.
• Ability to analyse performance data, identify gaps, and adapt training strategies.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
