Senior Sales Trainer

About the role

The Senior Sales Trainer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving sales training programs for the organization’s sales teams. The role involves conducting classroom and workshop‑style sessions, creating training materials and sales playbooks, and coaching staff on communication, customer engagement and closing techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve sales training programs for sales teams.
• Conduct classroom and workshop‑style training sessions and create training materials and sales playbooks.
• Coach sales staff on effective communication, customer engagement and closing techniques.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, develop training roadmaps and track performance improvements through assessments and feedback.
• Mentor individual team members, observe sales interactions and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to keep training content current with product offerings, market trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong sales training and training‑development experience, including designing and implementing structured sales training programs.
• Excellent presentation skills to deliver engaging, interactive sessions to diverse sales teams.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills to model effective client interactions.
• Proven experience in a senior sales training, sales enablement or similar role, preferably in education or service‑oriented industries.
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions to drive measurable results.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with a collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
