Senior SAP SuccessFactors RCM/Onboarding Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Consultant with 2.5 to 6 years of hands‑on experience. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solutions for talent acquisition and onboarding across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support full‑cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding modules.
• Configure and customize RCM, RMK and ONB 2.0 functionalities, including job requisitions, candidate profiles, onboarding tasks and email services.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules and Role‑Based Permissions (RBP).
• Collaborate with Employee Central consultants to ensure seamless integration between Recruiting, Onboarding and Core HR.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Manage data mapping and migration activities for recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Create functional specifications, test scripts and user training manuals, and deliver training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least two full‑lifecycle implementations of RCM/RMK/ONB.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
