Senior SAP TRM/FICA Consultant

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP TRM/FICA Consultant to join a leading IT services partner. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) and Financial Accounting (FICA) modules for public‑sector clients, ensuring efficient and compliant financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP TRM/FICA implementation projects.
• Configure system settings to meet client‑specific requirements.
• Develop solutions for public‑sector financial processes and tax revenue management.
• Provide expert consulting, ongoing support, and maintenance for SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICA and TRM modules.
• Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements.
• Conduct end‑user training and create comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Tax and Revenue Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing SAP FICA.
• SAP FI certification and proven track record of successful SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of public‑sector financial regulations.
