Senior Security Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Security Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of comprehensive security solutions across our projects and facilities. The role combines technical expertise with project coordination to deliver reliable, cost‑effective systems while meeting all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse security requirements and conduct site surveys to define project scope.
• Prepare technical designs, bills of quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates for CCTV, access control, biometric and security gate systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, procurement teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and hand‑over activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support for installed systems.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Offer technical guidance, training, and continuous‑improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, biometric/fingerprint devices, security gates, low‑current systems).
• Proven experience in construction or contracting projects.
• Experience designing, installing, and maintaining medium to large‑scale security solutions.
• Preferably managed small technical teams in the field.
• Very good command of English.
