Senior Sitecore Developer – Enterprise Digital Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade Sitecore solutions for our clients. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performing digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore applications (XP / XM).
• Implement Helix architecture principles across development activities.
• Create templates, layouts, and reusable components.
• Work with Sitecore SXA and Headless (JSS) frameworks.
• Integrate Sitecore with external systems such as CRM, APIs, and identity providers.
• Optimize performance using advanced caching strategies.
• Manage Sitecore environments (CM/CD) and ensure smooth deployments.
• Implement personalization and analytics features.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Sitecore development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in production environments.
