About the role
We are looking for a senior tour operator who is fluent in Spanish to lead and manage our Spanish‑language travel experiences. The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of tours, ensuring high‑quality service for Spanish‑speaking clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design, plan and execute tour itineraries tailored for Spanish‑speaking customers.
- Coordinate bookings, transportation, accommodation and activities, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Provide on‑site support and guidance during tours, handling any issues that arise.
- Manage tour budgets, pricing and profitability analysis.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for Spanish‑language tours.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a tour operator or similar role.
- Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry and destination expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tours simultaneously.
