Senior Stock Management Specialist

About the role

Azadea Group is seeking a Senior Stock Management Specialist to lead its Business Services stock management unit. The role ensures end‑to‑end stock processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with franchise agreements across the group’s retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Define margins, overhead charges and retail variances per brand, ensuring compliance with franchise agreements and internal policies.
• Record cost of goods sold (COGS) promptly and generate monthly COGS reports and stock‑taking results.
• Identify and implement improvements in stock management processes for continuous optimization.
• Maintain high internal customer service levels by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and responding to requests quickly.
• Apply stock management policies for receiving, sales, season changes, price changes, cycle counts, defective items, credit notes, inter‑store transfers, and export shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
• Four to six years of experience in a similar stock or inventory management role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
