Senior Stock Management Specialist

About the role

The Senior Stock Management Specialist will lead Azadea’s Business Services stock management unit, ensuring end‑to‑end efficiency across the group’s 700+ stores. This senior position oversees stock processes, cost of goods sold reporting and internal service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Define margins, overhead charges and retail variances per brand, ensuring compliance with franchise agreements and company policies.
• Record cost of goods sold accurately and generate end‑of‑month COGS reports and stock‑taking results within set timelines.
• Identify and implement improvements in stock management processes for ongoing optimisation.
• Maintain high internal customer service levels by meeting Service Level Agreements and promptly handling requests.
• Apply stock management policies for receiving, sales, season changes, price changes, cycle counts, defective items, credit notes, inter‑store transfers and export shipments, ensuring proper recording.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Four to six years of experience in a similar stock or inventory management role.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
