Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – MEA

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support its Middle East and Africa (MEA) operations from Egypt. The role combines strategic talent advisory with full‑cycle recruitment, partnering with business leaders to attract top‑tier talent across multiple functions and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for the MEA region, from workforce planning to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques, networking, referrals and external partnerships.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure candidate quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Manage pre‑hire activities including offer management, background checks, candidate communications and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide market insights and talent‑market intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices and drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level talent acquisition, preferably within technology or related sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision across diverse markets.
