Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Lychee, a leading healthy‑food company operating in Egypt and expanding into Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to translate the annual manpower plan into a proactive recruitment strategy that supports rapid retail and manufacturing growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large‑scale recruitment drives to meet hiring targets on time.
• Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan based on the annual manpower plan.
• Organise recruitment open days and hiring events to attract and assess large candidate pools.
• Conduct competency‑based, in‑person interviews to ensure cultural and skill fit.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and proactive headhunting.
• Maintain a database of pre‑qualified candidates for future needs.
• Enhance Lychee’s employer brand through outreach and branding activities.
• Track hiring metrics, analyse trends and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Manage offer issuance and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in F&B, retail, FMCG or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage mass hiring.
• High flexibility and adaptability to support rapid expansion.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms and referral networks for sourcing.
• Experience conducting competency‑based interviews.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate databases.
