About the role

Lychee, a leading healthy food brand in Egypt, is expanding into Saudi Arabia and needs a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring. You will design and execute recruitment strategies that support rapid retail and manufacturing growth while ensuring a strong cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan based on the annual manpower plan.
• Lead large‑scale hiring campaigns, including open days and hiring events.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and manage the full offer and onboarding process.
• Utilize all sourcing channels—job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive headhunting—to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain a robust candidate database and track hiring metrics for continuous improvement.
• Promote Lychee’s employer brand and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in F&B, retail, FMCG, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and detail‑orientation skills.
• High flexibility and adaptability to manage fast‑paced expansion.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, results‑driven environment.
